AELIONIX provides digital services including web development, copywriting, SEO, AI automation, and branding. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
All quotes are estimates only and are not binding until formalised in a written agreement or invoice accepted by both parties. Free quotes and consultations carry no obligation to proceed.
Payment terms are set out in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before commencing work. All fees are due in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. AELIONIX retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems used in delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g. domain, hosting credentials). Delays caused by late client input may affect agreed timelines without affecting payment obligations.
AELIONIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding uptime, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes (e.g. search rankings, conversion rates). Any projections shared are estimates based on typical results and not guarantees.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate or on a pro-rata basis. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation in good faith before any formal proceedings.
